Roman Court AI ("we," "our," or "us") provides software products and services, including a construction project coordination platform that facilitates communication between general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members. Communications may be delivered via web, email, and SMS, and may be generated or sent by an AI assistant on behalf of project participants.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration

Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

SMS Messaging

If you opt in to SMS messaging, you agree to receive text messages from Roman Court AI as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Send unsolicited communications, spam, or harassing messages through the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except as permitted by law.
• Use the Services to transmit any material that is defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through the Services are owned by Roman Court AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Services.

AI-Generated Content

The Services may use artificial intelligence to generate or send communications on behalf of users. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should review AI-generated communications before relying on them for critical decisions. Roman Court AI is not responsible for actions taken in reliance on AI-generated content.

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (including SMS carriers, hosting providers, and analytics vendors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED RELIABLY OR TIMELY.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROMAN COURT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roman Court AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
