SMS Messaging
For users who opt in to SMS messaging through our products and services, the following terms apply:
Types of messages: We send SMS messages related to construction project coordination, including scheduling updates, RFI notifications, change orders, jobsite alerts, and related communications. Some messages may be generated or sent by an AI assistant on behalf of the project team.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on project activity. Users may receive between 1 and 20 messages per week depending on their role and active projects.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Roman Court AI does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Mobile information sharing: No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with the specific project participants (general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers) you are coordinating with on a given project, and with service providers (such as our SMS delivery vendor) solely to operate the service. SMS opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with any third parties for any other purpose.
Opt-in: Users opt in to SMS messages by checking a consent box during account registration or project invitation and verifying their phone number via a one-time code.
Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opt-out is processed immediately.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers (such as form processing and analytics vendors) solely to operate our website and services, and only under confidentiality obligations.
